At ALEX AND ANI, we want you to love your new meaningful jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that final sale items and personalized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Jewelry

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, including the packing slip, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
